It has been my belief that paying it forward is a clandestine activity best left in secret... It is such a small thing at times to send a card or flowers or gas money to someone who is going through a difficult time. Following that up with prayers for blessings (for them), of course.
I thank God for the opportunity to sprinkle a little sunshine into someone's life...
